Firsts

Yesterday, I finished writing my first whole story for creative writing class.  I took this class because I wanted to finish something I write (I'm a great starter, not so great at endings).  You can read it here if you want... Story 1

I'm wearing my first leggings today in years.  I'm a bit insecure about it, but I'm also really excited.  I feel like the whole world should notice because it is so out of the ordinary for me.  I was in the mood to buy them yesterday and figured that I should do it now, because I am not usually very risky.  They're black, so I hope I look thinner today.

I'm going to throw my first baby shower for one of my best friends who is due in March.  I'm thinking of a "You Are My Sunshine" theme... What do you think?
